CPR/FIRST AID/AED (IN-PERSON)

Service Description

ADULT AND PEDIATRIC FIRST AID/CPR/AED. FULL IN-PERSON COURSE The course incorporates the latest science and teaches students to recognize and care for a variety of first aid emergencies such as burns, cuts, scrapes, sudden illnesses, head, neck, back injuries, heat and cold emergencies and how to respond to breathing and cardiac emergencies to help victims of any age - adults (about 12 years and older) and pediatric (infants and children up to 12 years of age). Students who successfully complete this course will receive a certificate valid for two years. Proof of certification is now easier for course-takers, employers, instructors, and chapters with the digital certificates. Students that provide an email address in class will receive an email with a link to access their digital certificate. They can print out their Red Cross Digital Certificate on standard business card cardstock or on an 8.5 x 11” piece of paper, email it to their employer, post it to their social media sites, and/or save it as a PDF. Anyone who has taken a Red Cross course within the past two years can visit http://redcross.org/getcertificate and access their digital certificate and transcript. Employers also can easily verify a student’s training by going to http://redcross.org/confirm and using the alphanumeric number or QR code on the digital certificate.
